Ok, well, today I'm going to show you all how to make some really cute, fast, and simple decorative soap. These are really great for sprucing up and customizing a bathroom or kitchen, and also make super cute and simple last minute gifts!
What you'll need:
-Rectangle shaped store-bought soap. Or you can use homemade soap for an even more personal feel!
-Some cute little pictures to put on the soap (I found this file folder with the cute little birds in the .97 cent section at Wal-Mart)
-Scissors to cut out the pictures (if needed)
-A sponge or brush to apply Mod Podge (like my homemade sponge applicator lol)
Optional: After it dries you can add more layers of Mod Podge for a thicker coating. I've also seen people dip the top in melted paraffin canning wax to seal them, but I didn't have any on hand. If you do use paraffin wax, the soap is still usable, but with the Mod Podge alone, it is only decorative.
